Reduced Services

With your news feed, emails and social bubble constantly updating you regarding COVID-19  we would like to keep this brief.
We are working hard to keep our staff safe whilst continuing to support you. Overall, we are in good shape with a couple of exceptions: 

  1. International shipping routes are affected by the reduction in flights which will affect how quickly we can get stock. We will update you with any new information as it comes to hand.
  2. Appointments and other online bookings will be scheduled for after 22nd April 2020 to comply with the government’s alert 4, nationwide lock-down.
  3. Our support services are still functional during this time and we are available over the phone and/or email as technical support, to answer any queries and confirm appointment bookings.
  4. We encourage you to stock up on hearing aid batteries and consumables via our online shopping cart on our website. Local courier services are running per usual with slightly extended delivery time frames. 

These are challenging times for us all. We encourage you to follow the Ministry of Health guidelines professionally and personally. There is only one way to get through this, and that is if we do it together.
